A segunda série do AzLab contou com nove sessões, sobre temas muito diversificados, duas das quais em formato especial. Assim, em Outubro de 2014 começámos com questões relacionadas com o inventário (AzLab#7); a que se seguiram os problemas da salvaguarda (AzLab#8); tendo o ano terminado com uma sessão sobre memórias, fábricas e mostruários (AzLab#9). A produção industrial continuou em destaque em Janeiro de 2015, com a primeira sessão especial dedicada à Fábrica Roseira (AzLab#10 especial). Em Fevereiro foi a vez do azulejo na cultura urbana (AzLab#11) e em Março regressámos aos museus e às dinâmicas e estratégias com que o Museu Nacional do Azulejo enfrenta os seus novos desafios (AzLab#12). Numa perspectiva mais biográfica, destacámos os pintores Pereira Cão e Jorge Colaço (AzLab#13) e em Maio decorreu um outro AzLab especial sobre Azulejos e emolduramentos (AzLab#14 especial), desta vez com a duração de um dia inteiro e com call for papers. Pela primeira vez tivemos uma convidada internacional, a Emmanuelle Delmas-Glass, e as actas vão ser publicadas até ao final deste ano. A última sessão foi dedicada à fotografia como documento (AzLab#15).
Entre Julho e Setembro não haverá AzLab, mas esperamos por todos a partir de Setembro, aqui no blogue e, em Outubro, na sala 5.2 da FLUL. Até lá, pode rever os materiais publicados para cada sessão e deixar os seus comentários e sugestões.

The second series of AzLab had nine sessions on very diverse topics, two of which in a special format. So, in October 2014 we started with issues related with inventory (AzLab#7); which was followed with problems about safeguard (AzLab#8); having the year ended with a session on memories, factories & showcases (AzLab#9). The industrial production continued to be highlighted in January 2015, with the first special session dedicated to the Roseira Factory (special AzLAb#10). The azulejo in urban culture was in February (AzlAb#11) and in March we returned to the museums and the dynamics and strategies with which the National Museum of Azulejo faces its new challenges (AzLab#12). In a more biographical perspective, we underlined the painters Pereira Cão and Jorge Colaço (AzLab#13) and in May there was another special AzLab about Azulejos and Frames (special AzLAb#14), this time lasting a day and with call for papers. For the first time we had an international guest, Emmanuelle Delmas-Glass, and the procedures will be published until the end of this year. The last AzLab session was dedicated to photographs as documents (AzLAb#15).
Between July and September there will be no AzLab, but from September we’ll be waiting for you, here on the blog, and, in October, in the FLUL 5.2 room. Until then, you can review materials posted to each session and leave your comments and suggestions.
